Questions about coraline algae

Great web site!!!      I would like to know what you have seen that would help to accelerate the growth of coraline algae in my reef tank?
  Is there a certain calcium level? My live rock I have recently gotten over the past 4 months has a lot of coraline, but it isn't spreading yet.

You want to use Kalkwasser for *all* the makeup water (evaporation) calcium level should be around 440
