The way to keep anemone alive

I want to keep anemones alive.

I just wanted to ask you why I cannot keep anemone alive. They seem to do fine for a couple of weeks then start to get smaller and never come back. I have a 100 gal. reef tank with a cpr overflow,and e.t.s. reef devil 2 protein skimmer

and a k2r calcium reactor. I do a 10% water change every 2 weeks and a 40% every 4 weeks. What am i doing wrong? Everything does great but the anemone.

They need a lot of light often to the detriment of the rest of the tank, they can wander and sting corals and eat fish... below are 2 anemone I can recommend (they are also very affordable and beautiful)

Both of the above are inexpensive and hardy.
